hello,
I am at a loss. I am trying to solve this new problem in my laptop where all of my Video Games (for example, Skryim, CSGO) have micro-stuttering and feel like i'm playing at a lower fps than I actually am. What I have already done to attempt to fix this problem.
*Update & Clean uninstall & reinstall of intel and nvidia drivers
*Fresh restart of OS
*Flash update to BIOS
The only fix I have found is using V-Sync, which feels sluggish, and is obviously no good for a shooter like Counter-Strike. I seriously don't know what to do anymore. :/ Any suggestions besides what I have already tried are welcomed, and advice on what to look at would be appreciated!
